DC is capitalizing on essentially just Batman when it comes to animated movies lately, and I think they should spread out the animated love. We saw a great animated short for The Spectre with Crisis on Two Earths. I feel like it really captured the weird sense of justice and macabre that goes hand in hand with The Spectre.
I think The Spectre could hold his own in an animated movie. Probably not his own show, but a movie he could rock. Showing more of the horror/magic side of DC.
The DC Nation animated shorts have been really cool so far, but this one takes the cake. Its so visceral and energetic. They style is so cool, I love it.
Truly amazing animation. Seeing the Marvel universe in this style is pretty refreshing and really fun.

Looking forward to seeing this. I was hoping that their next few animated movies would pull away from Batman, Superman and the Justice League. There are lots of heroes that are worth doing in animation. Thankfully the animated shorts give us a taste of what we’re missing.

This looks like a fun lineup for the animation. I do love my Kevin Conroy as Batman, but it will be interesting to see how McKenzie handles it.
I’m really looking forward to this movie, but I wish DC would get off the Batman, Superman, Batman/Superman train. There are a ton more heroes out there, and they’ve been hitting these animations outta the park. Where is our New Gods movie? Or even the Cosmic Odyssey storyline? That has JLA and New Gods.
