First teaser trailer for Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome! Looks like its going to be crazy with the action and ships and stuff. Which will be amazing, but I’m hoping we get at least a sliver of the talented writing that was in the most recent series (not Caprica, that doesn’t count for anything).

My finished Metabee! Took a while but he was worth it. I really dig these action figure model kits. This one has a spring for shooting action!

Took about 4 hours. He’s crazy posable and comes with 4 sets of eyes. You can also remove the grenade effects.

Check out this insane birthday package my mom sent me from Newfoundland. She’s pretty wonderful. Also, she’s an amazing packer. Everything was so tight in the box, I doubt there was much air in it. My mom is pretty wonderful to me.

So my birthday is in a couple weeks and JJ will be traveling during it. It’s no big deal, it’s her brothers wedding party thing and it’s super important and awesome.

Plus side! I get to open my gifts early! She gave me this amazing Star Wars Taun Taun Sleeping Bag! It’s foolishly comfy and soft. She’s so good at picking out gifts for me. I don’t really know how she does it.

Well I finished up both model kits tonight. I got a badass Zero and a classic Mega Man. These are really cool and fun to build. I had a blast. I also managed to get the E decal in the energy tank without using tweezers. So that was neat. Friday night well spent in my books.

I picked up Rocksmith the other week because I was very curious and thought this would be an interesting way to learn how to play an instrument. Turns out its awesome. I’ve never played before and I’m learning so much. The picture above is the guitar I bought with help from a Christmas gift card from my lady’s parents. I was playing before with a borrowed guitar, but now that I have my own it feels so much better.

Really beautiful, fan-made Bioshock movie trailer. The ending really brought it all together as a teaser. Unfortunately, we’ll never get a good Bioshock movie. Congratulations to director Jared Pelletier on an outstanding piece.

I found this amazing My Little Pony Creator online and this is what I think I would look like as a Pony. Super badass. As well as from space.

I love toys combined with animation. When I have some free time I’d like to make some stop animation with the stuff that I have. Could be a lot of fun.
