My good friend Nathan shot me and my guitar in a girls shirt at a cemetery last week. It was incredibly cold, but, I look incredibly badass. Also a little silly. 

It was a lot of fun to play around and pretend to be a rock star. I’m still learning to play guitar, but I’m still enjoying the learning process. I think that is important when learning anything. If you’re enjoying the learning, you’ll really enjoy the hobby. If you don’t have fun in most things in life, whats the point of doing it?

I made me with Clayyourself. Unfortunately I couldn’t change the color of my beard to red and keep the blonde hair. My hair is also a bit shorter, but whatever its free and on the internet. Its a neat little tool, I recommend for anyone with a few mins to spare to do something fun.

EDIT: I took it into photoshop to achieve a similar likeness to my actual beard.

Also for Christmas, my lady got me two sweet pusheen shirts! They are now my favorite things. CHRISTMAS JOY!

My example for the Young Designers class that I’m teaching next week at Ross Creek Centre for the Arts. Ross Creek is an over night summer camp that focuses during the day on different types of art.

This project will be a little bit of an ice breaker, where the kids create a “Personal Poster” that tells their name, age, and some things about themselves.

My birthday yesterday was absolutely wonderful. I had a great party with great friends and received many wonderful gifts.

I’ve “eightbit” myself. Its pretty fun. I’m sure I will now see them on every facebook profile for several months after its no longer a fad (cough Madmen cough). For now though, ME IN 8BITS!
