The Spider-Man costume for Amazing Spider-Man 2 has been revealed (left), and it is looking fantastic. I didn’t hate the one from Amazing Spider-Man (right), but this new one feels great. I’ll be really stoked when we see more of Jamie Foxx’s Electro.
New promotional video to join Cobra Special Forces. I saw a HISS Tank in the video, so now I have to sign up. The Joe’s have terrible aim anyway, so I won’t die.
New international poster for The Wolverine released by Fox. I’m started to get more excited for this movie. I always liked Hugh Jackman cast as Logan. Origins was quite a let down, it did have some cool parts. I’m hoping this story will be closer to the comics. It doesn’t have to be spot on, thats improbable, but as long as it doesn’t have glaringly wrong parts.
I had a bit of time to kill at work today before I left, so I decided to quickly make some Amazing Spider-Man iPhone Wallpapers. I love having lock screen’s that have a company logo like Weyland or Stark and in this case Oscorp. Makes me feel like I’m part of the film universe in a weird way. Hopefully that doesn’t read as lame as it almost sounds. Feel free to download them to your phone so you too can feel like an Oscorp lackey.
I’m not a huge fan of movie themed toys. They tend to not look like their real-life counterparts and I think it steers kids in a direction to only know the movie universe and not the material it comes from.
That was my old-man-kids-today speech.
My inner 8 year old is freaking out about this commercial though. It is so well done. I love it.
One of the two posters revealed for Men in Black 3. I’m glad this is coming back. It was a fun, sci-fi series of movies. What I really wish though, is for the cartoon series to be released in completion on blu-ray or netflix.
Really beautiful, fan-made Bioshock movie trailer. The ending really brought it all together as a teaser. Unfortunately, we’ll never get a good Bioshock movie. Congratulations to director Jared Pelletier on an outstanding piece.
I made a poster for Real Steel after watching in theaters. Really great, fun movie. Heartfelt story and awesome, beautiful robots.
Just rewatched Thor
I really enjoy the fun and adventure of this movie. People think that it may not have the same quality of story or heart as Iron Man and Cap, but it’s sense of family is very powerful.
Loki and Thor only strive for their father’s approval. All they want is love and family in their own ways. During the last fight, there is so much emotion you see Loki crying as he attempts to goad Thor into fighting him. I never noticed that in theaters.
Thor never wants to kill Loki. He still loves him despite his flaws.
