Really cool “Prometheus” TED Talk viral marketing for Prometheus movie. I’m glad they’re further establishing “the company”, Weyland/Yutani that they always talk about in the Alien franchise. If you watch the end of Alien Vs Predator: Requiem (its the better one, believe me) you also see Ms. Yutani. 

It is this sort of commitment to “franchise universes” that makes older fans happy and shows new fans that the creators believe in what they’re making.

I watched the trailer for “The Cabin in the Woods” last night and at first I thought it was your run of the mill cabin slasher yatta yatta yatta, but its not. It is a strange, sic-fi, slasher horror conspiracy thing. I’m really excited. I haven’t heard about this at all until I saw the trailer. The other posters for this weren’t as cool as this one, but they do play on the minimal humor that is in the movie. April is a long ways away unfortunately.

Really beautiful, fan-made Bioshock movie trailer. The ending really brought it all together as a teaser. Unfortunately, we’ll never get a good Bioshock movie. Congratulations to director Jared Pelletier on an outstanding piece.

New Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengence Trailer!

It looks really awesome. I could do without the last part of the trailer, but maybe thats something they just made for laughs in the trailer. Not actually in the movie.

This movie looks wild. Inception starring Ellen Page and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Oh this looks silly. Tracy Morgan is great. As is Bruce Willis. This could be shit but I do not care.

Not sure how I feel about Frozen. It kind of seems like we’re scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas. On the other hand, it could be really cool and original. Who knows. I’ll probably see it as A.) I love snowboarding B.) I do like horror, which this kinda fits in with. C.) It seems kinda indy. And I’m a big fan of indy thriller / horror
