With the rest of my credit I picked up this Bowen Classic Iron Man bust two pack. We have the first couple versions of the Iron Man armor in a beautiful silver and gold chrome finish. I wasn’t going to post a picture of them on the shelf because I thought they wouldn’t show up as well, but boy was I wrong. After I put them in the cabinet they were so bright, they made the other statues look pretty dull. They reflect all the light in the room, its pretty nice. 

I couldn’t turn down how good a price Supergirl was at my local comic store. Her, plus some new minimates, made for a splendid New Year’s Eve day.

Followed by watching Fast Five, some sushi, video games and now heading out to the dinner theatre for their NYE party.

Bowen Designs is putting out a Taskmaster statue. I’m very excited by this. I’ve really curbed my statue buying as of the past few months. This guy might have to be mine though. Taskmaster is one of my favorite characters. I was really excited for the Bowen Hawkeye to add him to my growing Avengers shelf, but I think I’ll have to swap him for Taskmaster. So badass.

If you wondered what powered your nightmares, its this. Life-size Green Goblin bust created by Sideshow Collectibles. I love my statues, but I can’t really get behind the giant life-size busts. Too many creepy heads to have around the house.

Another new statue. This time it’s the Bowen full-size Vision. Really great use of color and matte finish on him. He will take his space on one of the Avengers shelves.

My new full-size Bowen Man-Thing. Terribly huge beast of a statue. He has to go on the bottom shelf of my Marvel cabinet.

Just got my Koto X-23 statue and she looks so good. I even managed to fit her in the case with the other X-Men statues. Looks gorgeous.

Finally picked up my Koto Deadpool statue. He is quite wonderful and fills the waiting spot in my cabinet. Finishing off my X-Men shelf.

First two shelves of my statues are up in the new apartment. I was really excited to put up these guys. A bunch are brand new an I haven’t displayed them yet.

This weekend myself and my lady decided to exchange presents early because we got really excited for Christmas, and we wouldn’t be together on the actual Christmas Day. Being an avid statue collector she somehow found this full size statue of Lobo sculpted by Randy Bowen from 1992. Its fraggin’ awesome.
